Step 1:

Download Rental Application Form

This is a required form for ALL rentals and should be accompanied by a $50 screening fee from each tenant. Applications must be completed in full. References will be checked. Please note that if you withdraw your application or you or your references fail to respond to questions regarding your application, your screening fee will not be returned to you. Otherwise, if you are not approved, your screening fee will be returned to you. If you are approved, you must sign and return a Lease Agreement similar to those referenced in Step 2 below within 2 days of receipt, together with a holding deposit.
